Cid Rhomberg is the founder and president of two organizations, Brick House Blue and Innovere, LLC. Brick House Blue, a coworking and meeting space, opened in 2018 and operates two locations. Innovere, a consulting and coaching firm specializing in strategic marketing, business planning, coaching and leadership development launched in 2015. Due to her expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, Cid is uniquely suited to build dynamic teams, develop talent and drive results through a growth-oriented strategic marketing approach. While broad-based, her work with clients centers on three core areas of development: critical thinking, focused leadership and strategic vision.
Cid lead marketing for Cardinal Health, a Fortune 16 wholesale pharmaceutical distributor and medical surgical supply manufacturer headquartered in Dublin, OH. She was responsible for customer experience, customer intelligence, segmentation and resource alignment, brand, digital marketing and thought leadership. Cid spearheaded re-branding and value proposition which resulted in higher customer loyalty and profitability. She received the Chairman’s Innovation Award and a RX Gold Award for innovative produces and campaigns.
Prior to her 12-year career at Cardinal Health, Cid worked for Stanley Black & Decker in New Britain, CT where she led marketing and sales-generating efforts for four industrial brands. She began her career with Safelite Auto Glass, where she managed a multi-million-dollar advertising budget, national account campaigns and point-of-sale initiatives for 500-plus locations.
Cid’s passion for the development, recruitment and retention of women led her to be a founding member of women’s resource groups, both at Stanley Black and Decker and Cardinal Health. She served on the executive committee of Cardinal Health’s Women’s Initiative Network.
Cid gives her time in a variety of ways to St. Brigid of Kildare Church, Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Women’s Auxiliary and in 2019, completed a $2.8million capital campaign for the Columbus Metropolitan Library Dublin branch.
Cid joined the YCP Columbus Board of Directors in October, 2020.
